Error linking Mitsubishi Montero 2002 to AL319

I have 2002 Mitsubishi Montero V6 3.5 gasoline SUV and keep getting the LINKING ERROR message; never have been able to link the car to the device. All solutions in the troubleshooting section had been carefully applied without success.
Anyone had any experience linking a 2002 Montero to a AL319 ?
According to the product description, the Montero is within the range of years covered by the AL319.
Any suggestion on what to do in order to solve this problem ?Tags: Mitsubishi , Montero

saludos tengo el mismo problema que tu, no hay comunicacion entre un mitsubishi modelo signo año 2006 aca en venezuela, lo reporte a servicio tecnico autel y no me dan respuesta, tampoco lo pude usar con un saipa 2015 modelo 132 ensamblado aca en venezuela..... no entiendo por que la publicidad dice que de autos de 1996 en adelante....Greetings I have the same problem as you, there is no communication between a mitsubishi model sign year 2006 here in Venezuela, I report it to autel technical service and they do not give me an answer, nor could I use it with a saipa 2015 model 132 assembled here in venezuela .. ... I do not understand why the advertising says that of cars from 1996 onwards ...
